4. Permits, Compliance & Responsibilities

  • Jared Munday Electric will assist with permitting when applicable, but requirements vary by municipality.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring property access, HOA approvals, and utility coordination unless otherwise specified.
  • All installations are performed in accordance with applicable Texas codes and regulations.

5. Warranties & Limitations

  • Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., Generac, Briggs & Stratton, etc.).
  • Workmanship warranties (if offered) will be specified in your contract.
  • Jared Munday Electric is not liable for:
    • Power outages or grid failures
    • Fuel supply interruptions
    • Acts of God, including storms, floods, or natural disasters
    • Third-party utility issues
